Wedding Guest List Management.

 

The guest list can often be extensive and confusing and the cause of many headaches, so why not hand over the entire guest list to us with your invitation requirements or if you already have the invitations; just the list and invitations and a full postal address list so we can do the writing, sending, receiving, compiling and organisation so you are free to concentrate fully on more pressing details.

This service basically takes control of your list of guests so you are totally free to continue planning and organising the rest of your event without worrying about whom you’ve invited, if they’ve responded or the headache of chasing up guests.

We will take your guest list and their address information; if you already have your invitations we will take them, if you need invitations we will discuss with you, your ideas and total budget so we can seek out the perfect invitation for your required needs. Then three weeks prior to sending out your invitations we will check with you, for your finalised guest list.

Once we have your finalised guest list, we will set about writing them out in fountain ink; we offer a range of colours to fit in with any colour scheme of your event, or to compliment your invitations.

We will also include in the invitation envelope any additional information you require us to send such as maps, special dietary requirement markers and any other information you feel would be of help to your guests.

We will then begin addressing and sending them out to your guests. We will include a return holding address for your guests to return the RSVP's to and will chase up any non responders. Ensuring you have accurate final figures for your venue suppliers, eliminating any additional food costs and eradicating unnecessary waste.

We understand that in the 21st century many clients may wish to utilise the internet and email facilities, if you wish to use this form of invitation we will design and create a perfect E-vite for your event, and will then send the requested number of invitations to your provided guest list, with details of where they need to send their RSVP.

We will then collate all replies and notify you of the final figures.
