Partial Planning & Advice
Many clients choose to plan their own events, but then due to heavy workloads, pressures at home or work, ill health or unforeseen circumstances feel they need professional help to finalise and complete the preparations and planning so decide to call in a professional to finalise and pull the event together.
This is where we pick up where you had to leave the planning; we will discuss with you in a consultation the stage where you are up to, obtain all your suppliers details; discuss your final vision to ensure we understand fully what you set out and wanted to achieve, ensuring you still get that final vision. We will also advise and seek out any suppliers yet to be arranged and will liaise with them on your behalf; help and assist with any design or decorating aspects and offer advice if we feel anything may cause problems on the day and offer solutions and ensure everyone is aware of what they need to do.
We will put together a detailed schedule for you, highlighting payment dates, final fittings, rehearsals, and any other important information.
You can then have the peace of mind and relax a little knowing we have everything in hand, and that if you do have any concerns or problems we are only a phone call or email away.
On the day we will be there to oversee the running of the day; and ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time, giving you total peace of mind that your event will go exactly according to plan. So you can be free to enjoy your day without fretting and stressing.
