  Eternal Gatherings is run by Tracey. She started her event planning career back in 1993, when she was asked to oversee and plan a friend’s engagement party, which of course led onto the planning of her wedding too.

 

  Her flair and attention to detail was so refined that this then led onto more friends and colleagues asking her to plan their events too.

 

   She instinctively knew what was required for the perfect event, and was then asked by her manager, whilst working for a large conglomerate telecom's company, to plan and coordinate a team building event.

 

   So impressed were they by her flair for planning and her exquisite attention to detail that they asked her to then plan many large corporate events, and company Christmas parties.

 

  Upon leaving the company she planned one final corporate charity ball, which was a complete success; before she went on to join a government department where her skills and flair would be called upon again.

 

  After planning many events during her time here, Tracey decided in 2006 that now was the time to leave to pursue her career in event management solo.

 

  The skills that Tracey has acquired during her career have enabled her to manage clients’ events with military proficiency, whilst maintaining each client’s unique individuality and personalities.

  

  Working within both a worldwide corporation and government department, and having to adhere to strict timescales with an often hectic environment coupled with strict budgets has allowed Tracey to understand and manage her clients’ budgets with extreme accuracy, and negotiate only the best services, prices and terms from suppliers.

  

  Tracey’s creativity and flare allows her to execute her clients’ words and visions from paper into reality. Creating the perfect wedding that will have your guests talking about it for all the right reasons for many years to come.
